- Parboil the spaghetti, pour it in a drainer set aside..
- Heat up your pot and add groundnut oil, add slice onion, then your tomatoes paste and some pepper, fry for a while, add your curry powder, ginger and garlic, fry for 2mins add your maggi cubes and salt to taste.
- Add your minced meat and fry on low heat for another 2mins, then add some water and pour in your parboiled spaghetti, stir and allow to cook till spaghetti is soft and water dry. Your food is ready.
