- Deglaze the pan with the prawns shell stock and reduce..
- Drop in the pasta and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Add pasta water to adjust consistency if required..
- Add grated parmesan and lemon zest..
- Serve in a plate. Finish it off with a tbsp of olive oil, parsley and parmesan..
