- It's 1/2 pack of spaghetti.
- Prepare 2 of knorr cube.
- It's to taste of salt.
- Prepare 3 of fresh pepper.
- You need 3 of fresh tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 of onions.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garlic and ginger powder.
- It's 1 cup of turkey stock.
- Prepare 1 dash of curry powder.
- Prepare 1 of cksp veg oil.

Jollof Spaghetti step by step
- Wash tomatoes, onions and pepper and blend, set aside.
- Heat up pot once its hot add veg oil and stir in the tomatoes blended paste and fry stir continuously for about 5mins.
- Add salt, knorr cube, garlic and ginger powder, curry powder and allow it simmer for another 5minutes then add the turkey stock, cover the pot and let it simmer.
- Break in spaghetti into the pot stir and allow it cook through.
- Once the water is dried up and the spaghetti is tender, turn off heat and serve with fried turkey.
