- You need of Chicken stock.
- Prepare Handful of Ugwu.

- Wash and slice ur ugwu, tomatoes,pepper and onions separately and set aside.
- In a pot,heat up little oil,fry ur onions,pepper,tomatoes paste and tomatoes, add curry,thyme,knorr and little salt and fry for abt 3-4mins..
- Add little water or stock and bring to a boil..
- Add ur spaghetti and cook till almost done..
- Add ur ugwu and cook for abt 3-4 mins and set aside..
- Ur Jollof spaghetti with ugwu is ready..
- U can enjoy with diced fried plantain and fried chicken.
