Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti.
Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots.

Ingredients of Spaghetti Jollof
- Prepare 1/2 pack of spaghetti.
- Prepare 2 of knorr cube.
- It's to taste of salt.
- You need 3 of fresh pepper.
- You need 3 of fresh tomatoes.
- You need 1 of onions.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garlic and ginger powder.
- It's 1 cup of turkey stock.
- Prepare 1 of cksp veg oil.
- You need 1 dash of curry powder.
Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead. Some people also call it spaghetti jollof or Jollof pasta. Jollof spaghetti is a delicious alternative to everyday Nigerian Jollof rice. This recipe is incredibly delicious and cooks way faster than the rice version.
Spaghetti Jollof instructions
- Wash tomatoes, onions and pepper and blend, set aside.
- Heat up pot once its hot add veg oil and stir in the tomatoes blended paste and fry stir continuously for about 5mins.
- Add salt, knorr cube, garlic and ginger powder, curry powder and allow it simmer for another 5minutes then add the turkey stock, cover the pot and let it simmer.
- Break in spaghetti into the pot stir and allow it cook through.
- Once the water is dried up and the spaghetti is tender, turn off heat and serve with grilled Turkey and veg salad.
