Ingredients of Spaghetti and Hash

  1. You need 1 1/2 lb of Spaghetti (cooked/cooled).
  2. You need 2 can of Corned Beef Hash.
  3. Prepare 1/4 lb of American Cheese.
  4. You need 2/3 cup of Milk.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of Italian Style Bread Crumbs.
  6. You need 1/2 stick of Margerine or Butter.

Sprinkle Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese over spaghetti and serve. I highly recommend baking the squash as it makes for a great sauce (just like regular tomato sauce and spaghetti). Spaghetti and Hash step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  3. Layer 1/3 of pasta in bottom of pan.
  4. Evenly spread 1 can of hash over pasta.
  5. Place even layer of cheese over hash.
  6. Repeat steps using remaining ingredients, should end with last part of pasta on top.
  7. Once complete, pour milk around top.
  8. Sprinkle bread crumbs to cover pasta.
  9. Place slices of margerine around top.
  10. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncover and continue to bake for another 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  11. When done, let rest 10 minutes to set.

I usually serve ½ of the squash with dinner, and save the remaining ½ to enjoy as hash browns for breakfast in the next few. Spaghetti is a quick and easy dish that everyone loves. To check for doneness, retrieve a strand of spaghetti and taste. It should retain some firmness in the center of the pasta while still being tender.
